Previous | Home | Next"Medicinal waters" from Bad Dürkheim. These mineral waters were analyzed spectroscopically by Bunsen and Kirchhoff in their laboratory in Heidelberg, 40 km west. The cesium was detected by its blue lines and the rubidium by its red lines in their respective spectra.
